You need to cut back on the carbs, especially carbs like sugar, and up your protein intake. Because your body will burn carbs and fat first in order to burn the fat that you are already caring around then you need to reduce what you are taking in. <p>There are lots of foods that should be part of your diet in order to burn fat. Things like lean meats, such as chicken, and eggs should be staples. Sure you should cut back on the carbs but whole grains are the way to go when you do need to eat carbs.</p>
