Belly fat diet exercisesFirst of all, although exercise is a really, really important part of your belly fat diet plan, rest and recovery are just as important. Moderation is important – have a rest day between exercise to give your body time to adapt and provide it with the optimum levels of nutrients, vitamins and minerals to ensure it stays in peak condition.

If you are serious about losing belly fat it might be worth investing in a personal trainer. Although alot more expensive than a weight loss book or guide they will be able to provide you with a personalized program just for you.

Regardless wherher you choose to do your own exercise program or get a personal trainer to help, there are some exercises that should be part of any belly fat diet program.

There is a myth about crunches – they are not the only way! yes they will strengthen certain abs but they don’t target the whole of the stomach area and by just focusing on doing a 100 or even 1000 crunches a day you’ll never reach your weight loss goals.

Belly Fat Diet Exercises

Start by getting resulary cardiovascular exercise that lasts for at least 30 minutes at a time and leaves you out of breath (always consult your Doctor before undertaking any exercise). This will help burn calories and work your muscles.

Then do a range of different crunches, lunges and plank exercises that work both your abs and lower back muscles. These will help define the muscles and reduce fat.

We’d love to hear which exercises you’ve used to improve your belly fat diet success, leave us a comment below and tell us what worked for you!
